What counts as an account?
An active customer you manage in Herofy: a company with an onboarding plan, not a person with a login. Your team's seats are never counted, so put everyone in.
What is never metered?
Seats, AI actions, and resolutions. Sidekick can draft a hundred plans and a thousand nudges in a month and the bill does not move. You pay for the accounts under watch, nothing else.
How does onboarding work today?
We set every workspace up with you on a call: connect HubSpot and Gmail, map your book, agree on what "stalled" means for your accounts. So if you want in, the call is also the first step.
